Art on Commission

I also do commissions. I can paint you a picture of a scene that is significant in your own life or that of someone close to you. Please call me if you are interested. Bring me a photograph for reference, or just talk about a scene and why it's important to you, and we can then brainsorm ideas. From this, I'll create original artwork that captures the flavor of that significant experience or memory.

One painting I did was of a barren scene in Pakistan, significant to a couple who had spent a year doing Peace Corps work there. I did another of three climbers approaching the summit of Mt. Rainier. The experience was very powerful to the woman's husband.

The perfect surprise gift! Many of my commissions have been for gifts for someone special in the patron's life. And the recipients have been totally delighted!
